LMB Electrics and Testing is a local, independent electrical business based in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees. Fifteen years on the tools across Teesside, working on homes, rented property and the odd small commercial job.
Testing is in the name for a reason. A lot of what we do is inspection and testing: safety certificates for landlords, agents and buyers, plus the honest report that goes with them. The rest is fuse box replacements, fault finding and the wiring for new kitchens, extensions and garden rooms. We rewire too, in houses that are unoccupied.
We are NAPIT approved, which means our work is independently assessed against the current safety standards and we can sign off notifiable work with Building Control ourselves. You never have to arrange that or pay for it separately.
The thing customers write about most is the tidying up. Dust sheets down, walls made good and the room left clean before we go. That, plus one fixed price agreed in writing before anything starts.
